But if you've been in the trenches for as long as I've been, you're probably now noticing...things have changed.
Now the landscape is saturated with people who sound certain, look convincing, and speak with authority they haven't actually earned.
High confidence, strong opinions, but no real exposure to the process they're talking about.
No years of face-to-face coaching experience, no trials, no real feedback loop, no track record of applying something ->then adjusting it -> seeing it fail -> refining it -> and building something that works.
All they have is information built on hot takes.
And because anyone can say anything now, the gold is buried. What gets pushed forward is not necessarily helpful - it's what gets the most views, the most reaction, and makes you feel like what you're doing is garbage. Everything is optimised for engagement not education!
So the people who have actually done the work get drowned out by volume.
